* These rates include Connect2Client's profit margin which is $25 per hour per consultant. This margin is much lower than most of our competitors and will never change. Unlike most companies, with Connect2Client there is no uncertainty surrounding our rates. Since our margin is always $25 per hour, clients know exactly what they are paying for and consultants know what the overall bill rate is.

Description of Level 3:

Functional: 7+ years of SAP functional experience. Expert at configuration in their modules and moderate configuration experience in related modules. Excellent integration knowledge with other modules. Capable of planning, setting up and managing all aspects of the implementation or upgrade in their area.

Technical: 7+ years of SAP technical experience. Expert level Abap programmer.    Can handle all technical needs.  Has led technical SAP teams and understands how to set up and manage all of the technical aspects of an implementation or upgrade.  Good understanding of functional aspects of several modules.

Description of Level 2:

Functional: 5+ years of SAP functional experience. Expert at configuration in their modules. Moderate configuration experience in related modules. Very good integration knowledge with other modules. Possibly some team lead experience. Can handle any testing and training needs.

Technical: 5+ years of SAP technical experience.  Expert level Abap programmer.  Can handle all technical needs, but not much experience with leading a technical team.  Moderate understanding of functional aspects of several modules.

Description of Level 1:

Functional: 2 - 3 years of SAP functional experience. Can handle some configuration requirements in their specific module. Can handle all testing and training needs. Little integration knowledge with other modules. No team lead experience.

Technical: 2 - 3 years of SAP technical experience.  Can handle minor technical requirements and able to do all testing and training. Data integrity and data loads. Limited functional experience.
