WE NO LONGER POST OUR POSITIONS ON OUR WEBSITE! THERE ARE 2 REASONS FOR THIS.....
1. In over 10 years of doing so, we ALWAYS filled our new positions by contacting our consultants directly before anyone ever found the positions on our website and applied. Not one time did someone find a new position through our website in time to actually apply for it. So, we were constantly having to tell people the positions were already full which was very frustrating for them.
2. So many people applied for positions who weren't actually qualified for those positions! We were wasting way too much time reading through resumes that weren't even close to being qualified for the position for which they were applying.
HOW WE FILL OUR POSITIONS:
A new opening comes in from one of our clients.
We identify the required skills for that job.
We immediately e-mail everyone in our database who has checked one or more of those skills.
We also may call some of the people in our database directly if they have checked all of the required skills.
We then sort through everyone who replies and says they might be interested and contact each of them to discuss the opening, the client, rates, etc.
If one of these people indicates they are interested, we then submit their resume to our client and go from there.
The entire process generally takes between 24 and 72 hours before the position is filled.
