To provide the best SAP resource services available we only represent the best people. We require all of our consultants to have a minimum of five years SAP experience from at least three different projects and we only represent full-time candidates whose skills and experience match or exceed the exact requirements of our clients. Additionally, everyone we represent goes through an extensive four-step interview process to ensure that each new candidate has the skills and experience for which our people are known.

Over the past 10 years, our constant recruiting efforts combined with quality referrals from many of our best consultants have helped us to develop an extensive database of SAP professionals. Currently this database contains over 5,000 qualified SAP consultants and over 10,000 full-time candidates. Most consulting companies will often present one of their consultants to a client, not because this person is right for the job, but because the consulting company needs to get this person off their bench and out billing a client. Our second goal is to provide our resources at rates which are lower than our competitors. We achieve this by keeping expenses low and by passing those savings on to our clients. Connect2Client reduces expenses by only hiring experienced consultants, thereby minimizing training costs. Also, because of our large number of SAP resources, we often have local consultants, which greatly reduces travel expenses. Finally, while most consulting companies have high fixed expenses, Connect2Client does not, which helps us to keep our fees lower than our competitors while still offering the highest quality resources available.
